Every day responsibilities will melt away when you enter this beautifully remodeled beach-front condominium. One step through the front door, turn the key, and you will know that you have found your tropical beach haven. Situated above the palm trees, the condo’s unobstructed views of Siesta Key's pure white quartz beach and the blue waters of the Gulf-of-Mexico, has premium views of Siesta Key beach from the northern Public Beach extending south to Point of Rocks.
The floor to ceiling glass wall of windows in the living room are the key feature that will lure you out to the spacious covered lanai. Sit at the bar table and chairs, kick off your shoes and let the warm breezes and sounds of Siesta Key relax your mind and soul.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of solitude and relaxation with the king-size bed, 42” flatscreen television and incredible views through the walls of glass that face out to the Gulf of Mexico and up Siesta Key's beach. Sliding glass doors to the covered lanai can let the sounds of the waters in, to lull you to sleep at night. During the day is your easy access to the beach-front covered lanai. The master bath room has his and her custom vanities on a granite counter and a walk in shower with custom treated tile with a pebble finish to massage your feet while you shower.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television, IPOD alarm clock with media charger. Sliding glass door leads to the northern covered lanai for views of Siesta Key's beach.
The stainless steel appliances accentuate the contemporary charm of the newly remodeled kitchen. With black granite counter tops and built in wine bottle storage this kitchen will make eating in a key experience. Of course there are fine Siesta Key restaurants within easy walking distance or a short drive from your vacation rental unit.
The dining room has another wonderful view of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach through the north facing covered lanai that is shared with the guest bedroom. With seating for six and additional seating at the breakfast bar there is ample of room for entertaining.
The living room is a mix of comfort with beach views, and top of the line media. The sectional sofa can be opened into a queen sized bed, perfect to additional guests. After a relaxing sun drenched day at the beach you can enjoy a movie or show on the 50” LED television and Blue Ray DVD player or listen to the IPOD player.
If you really must interrupt your relaxation for work, WiFi will have you connected quickly and finishing up your tasks so that you can get back to the laid-back rhythm of life on Siesta Key.
The sunsets are spectacular finale at the end of each day on Siesta Key. Watch the sun slowly drop down off of the water’s edge from the lanai or enjoy a sunset stroll along the beach.
